Szewai Ng is our Sales Administrator and has been with us since October 23.
She has many responsibilities but one of the most important is helping to onboard new customers, giving them excellent service from day 1.
Szewai was recently commended by a new customer, who said “I would just like to commend Szewai on the way in which she has handled the account so far. Nothing is too much trouble, she has happily supported us with information regarding customs issues, enabling swift resolution and with daily reports, provided without needing prompting. This is a breath of fresh air and makes our job much easier.”
