Upcoming changes for Northern Ireland TSS declarations
You may already be aware that, on 20th October, the Trader Support Service (TSS) for Northern Ireland movement declarations will change to a new provider.
Countrywide Freight Group may already be completing the pre-movement part of this process for you, but if you or your customer is responsible for the post-movement part (post-movement IMMI or Supplementary Declaration) then you will need to act soon.
System access
If you have not already done so, you should receive an email from HMRC in the coming days asking you to update your details on the new platform.
This will require you to review the information already in your profile, amend if necessary and create a password for the new system.
Supplementary Declarations
The current platform will remain open for Supplementary Declarations only until 30th November, so all outstanding declarations will need to be completed by then.

For our part, we will have access to the new system from 6th October, so please be assured that we will be compliant for all pre-movement declarations well in advance of the deadline.
If you do not ship to Northern Ireland, please disregard this message as customs declarations to Republic of Ireland are not affected.
